Berkshire Smoked Spiral Ham

Berkshire pork, also known as Kurobuta pork, makes the best ham. Uncured, fully-cooked, and ready to eat. These spiral smoked hams are naturally smoked over applewood without nitrates, nitrites, phosphates or artificial fillers and are seasoned with sea salt and raw cane sugar.

Berkshire hogs are raised on pasture, with no antibiotics or hormones by a cooperative of small farms dedicated to humane and sustainable methods.

We offer a Boneless half ham (2.5-3.5lb) at $12.99lb

and a bone in spiral half ham (8-10lb) at $11.99lb

A Capon is the perfect special occasion bird and is first choice for the holidays in France and Italy. Capon meat is very white and unlike that of other chickens, marbled with fat.

Larger than a hen and smaller than a turkey, a capon is full-breasted with tender, juicy, flavorful meat that is well suited for roasting

Prime Rib Roast

The holidays are the perfect time of year for a Rib Roast. Our Certified Angus Beef Rib Roasts are wet aged for 30 days giving deep beefy flavors and tenderness in every bite!

We also have bone in and boneless rib roast options as well as an option between Choice and Prime grade cuts.

Don't stress Thanksgiving, let us make your sides! This Thanksgiving we will have both half pan (serves 15-20) and small trays (serves 4) of the following items. Just heat and serve!
