Organic Fresh Turkeys
D'Artagnan USDA-certified organic turkeys are raised free-range with strict standards of care. These birds are superbly flavorful, and roast up nice and crispy on the outside, with a tender, meaty and moist center.
These white broad-breasted hybrid breed birds are 100% organic, non-GMO, all-vegetarian diet and are given pure spring water without chlorine or fluoride. They are never given antibiotics, growth hormones or arsenicals. Raised on small-scale Midwestern farms in the USA, these birds are a true farm-to-table delight.

Raised on small family farms in the USA they are free range with the ability to fly. They are grain fed of non-GMO corn and soy and are hand processed.

Berkshire Smoked Spiral Ham
Berkshire pork, also known as Kurobuta pork, makes the best ham. Uncured, fully-cooked, and ready to eat. These spiral smoked hams are naturally smoked over applewood without nitrates, nitrites, phosphates or artificial fillers and are seasoned with sea salt and raw cane sugar.
Berkshire hogs are raised on pasture, with no antibiotics or hormones by a cooperative of small farms dedicated to humane and sustainable methods.
