Refund Policy
We will gladly accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges for most items purchased from High Steaks Butcher Shop if you feel the quality, freshness or condition is not to your standard. For items that have been shipped and arrive broken/damaged, we will replace these items as promptly as possible.
Refund Process
- Please contact High Steaks Butcher Shop within two (2) days of your purchase or receipt of your product if not satisfied with the quality or damaged.
- Please either email us at info@highsteaksbutchershop.com or stop into our shop at 706 Halcyon Loop. Johns Island, SC 29455 during business hours.
- Please provide us with the following information
- Date of purchase or receipt
- Reason for request
- Your preferred method of resolution (replacement or refund)
- Description and photo(s) of the item(s) if emailing
- Refunds will be issued as credit back to the original payment source.
