Since 1957, the Palazzo family has had a daily goal to produce quality cheese with selected and guaranteed raw materials. The Murgia Barese territory or Italy has always focused on nutritional values as well as production chain. 

The processing of the milk, collected from local farms, and the formation of curds through the whey starter culture makes it possible to obtain a true, typically Apulian product, rich in nutritional ingredients and with its own particular characteristics of fragrance, softness, flavour and lightness. 

This Murgella Burrata cheese made by the Palazzo family is all crafted by hand so that each piece is a work of art, bursting with flavor. 

Burrata is a stretched-curd cheese, very similar to mozzarella, but with a creamier texture and different appearance. 

Burrata is perfect on its own or accompanied by many things like bruschetta.
